1. Amount. This is concluded that the Franchisee will be starting to conduct business in his territory by Paying Franchise Fee as per Current Plan

2. Softwant Board of Computer Education will be Charges 500 (18% GST Including) from you. Every Student pay One time Only At the time of registration on portal, When the student takes admission in the center then will he have to do online on the portal.

3. Renewals: There are not any annual renewal fee or any hidden charges but must admission 30 students per year. (Either pay 1500 renewal fee)

4. Student Exam conducts from 20th to 30th date, and Exam Detail must be told a week ago. After the examination Center will have to submit certificate request form Dashboard Within 15 days of the submission of the request form, the certificate will be delivered to Franchise address.

5. If you do not agree with Softwant Board that you can write an email to itdisha.info@gmail.com for cancellation of your application.

6. Refund: Once you made payment for franchise activation it's not refundable in any case. Payment made for student registration fee also not refundable.

7. At least 30 Admission Should be done in a Financial Year, if 25 admissions does not happen then the center will get 1500 Renewal Charges.

8. If a Franchise was found an illegal work at its Center, Softwant Will Cancel his Franchise without any notice.

9. Softwant shall have full right to update/modify/change/add, any rules & regulations pertaining to my/our center association/fee structure/authorization/activation with Softwant.

10. Branch is not allowed to create any Social Website page or any Website with the name of Softwant, if someone does, that the franchise will be cancel & there will be legal action against him/her.

11. If any branch student admission details are not in portal properly No certificate will be issued. *T&c Apply. (Board of Director)
